Workshop Booking Terms
These terms apply to workshops booked with Craft Masters Acting Group Ltd.
Cancellations and refunds
Please check that you can attend before booking. We do not offer refunds if you cancel your booking or are unable to attend, except where required by law.
Where consumer law applies, any payment we retain following cancellation will not exceed our reasonable net losses, taking account of costs saved or your place being resold.
Transferring your booking
You can transfer your booking to a different CMA workshop if we receive your request more than seven days before the original workshop begins. Transfers are subject to places being available.
To request a transfer, email info@craftmastersacting.com with your name, the workshop you originally booked and the workshop you would like to attend.
Each booking can be transferred once only. Once the transfer is confirmed, the booking cannot be transferred again.
Requests received seven days or less before the original workshop begins are not eligible for a transfer.
If CMA cancels or reschedules
If we cancel a workshop, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to another available workshop.
If we change the workshop dates and you cannot attend, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another available workshop. Transfers resulting from these changes will not count towards your one-transfer allowance.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
